Soundproofing leaves much to be desired. hearing guests outside is a distraction!!! A better cleaning regimen would be appreciated—finding chips in the fridge is far from pleasant!!! Would like more toiletries like body lotion!!!

We love that the hotel is centrally located, a short walk from major attractions like the Nagoya Tower. The staff is incredibly helpful, especially with luggage delivery, and the availability of free drinks throughout our stay was a great bonus for the kids.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, providing helpful local recommendations. The full-sized shower was a delight, and I appreciated the open dining room for casual meals. Also, the laundry facilities were quite convenient for a longer stay.
